1. RETURNS:

1.1 We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for your purchased items. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges.
1.2 Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and must not have any damage to the sealing. Items can only be accepted for return if they are in their original packaging.
1.3 Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable goods such as flowers, magazines, newspapers, and food. Additionally, hazardous materials, sanitary items, and flammable gases or liquids cannot be returned.
1.4 Other non-returnable products include personal care and health items, as well as gift cards.
1.5 To initiate the return process, please provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
1.6 Please note that items should not be directly returned to the manufacturer; they should be sent to our specified return address.

2. PARTIAL REFUNDS:

2.1 In certain situations, partial refunds may be considered. This applies if an item is not in its original condition or if there are missing parts, excluding any errors on our part.
2.2 Additionally, if the return is made after the 14-day period, the possibility of a partial refund may be evaluated.

3. REFUNDS:

3.1 Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, you will be notified via email about the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.
3.2 If your refund is approved, the process will be initiated, and you can expect to receive the refunded amount via a direct transfer to your credit card or through manual payment methods.

4. LATE REFUNDS:

4.1 Delays in the refund process may occur due to technical or personal reasons. If you experience a late refund, please contact your Credit Card Company or bank for further assistance.

5. SALE ITEMS:

5.1 Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for refunds; however, regular-priced items are.

6. EXCHANGE:

6.1 If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. SHIPPING:

7.1 Keep in mind that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, a deduction from the refundable amount will be applied to cover the shipping expenses.
